Some things I would like to change.

I am studying Food Engeering at the University of Chile, and the last year I have been trought a lot of emotions, a lot of streess, and some of the reasons are the subject that personally I think should improve. Physical chemistry is the course that should not exist in all life D: , and I am not the only one who believes it, it is the most difficult course I have had, as my friends and I say "we do not see the light and the teacher does not illuminate us with his wisdom ", maybe I am overreacting but objectively I think there is an organizational problem and this is something that needs improvement.

On the other hand I think there should be more English courses, and so be a little more sure that the English received by the students will help us when we work and thus be able to hold a conversation in that language.

Now in terms of infrastructure, in our faculty we do not have a large place to have lunch, the place we have is small and we do not have enough tables or chairs, the absence of a suitable place to eat is unacceptable.

The laboratories in which we carry out the activities are often dirty, year after year, in addition the attitude of the people who teach the subject is often questionable, obviously there are always exceptions, but it is something general their bad attitude towards us students.
Finally personally I think that we should increase the green areas because the ones we have are not enough, besides this would improve the appreciation we have of our faculty.

What i wanted to be...

When i was younger i wanted to be a psychologist, teacher and vet, i wanted to be all of them together  if i could , my dad doesn ' t like that idea but he never told me what he wanted me to be, that was what made me feel more free to choose what i really wanted to study, but i knew that deep on his heart he wanted me to be some like i lawyer or a doctor. Two years before my high school studies ends i realized that chemistry all this time could be an opcion that i didn't see, some months later i knew that Food Engineering would be what i wanted to study, because i  want to make a change someday, it doesn't matter if it's a small change, and it couldn't be better about something that affects us every day, Food!. Literature.

I '  m not very related to some expressions of art as painting, theater or photography, but I ' m close to literature. When I was younger I used to read books because that was what my classmates and I had to do, but it wasn '  t  something that I liked, on the contrary it was very overwhelming and this doesn ' t mean that books were bad, I mean sometimes you can read a magnificent book that is the favorite of someone in the world but you will not feel that way, because maybe the book is not for you or because it was not the righ moment  to feel every word that the author wants to transmit you. I learned this because with all these books I felt absolutely nothing except one, "Autopista del sur" by Julio Cortazar, this book made the  little me know that not everything was boring in literature. Something about me.

Hi, my name is Dayana Apaza, i´m 19 years old, i was born in october 18th, 1997 in a small town near to a north city called Trujillo, Peru, i lived there with my parents Gloria and Omar and my northern  family untill i  was 10 years old, in that moment they decided for economic problems leave our country behind to moved to a new place, to a new country. That´s how i arrived to this city Santiago of Chile, here i knew new people and friends and a new life started.
