Something about me.

Hi, my name is Dayana Apaza, i´m 19 years old, i was born in october 18th, 1997 in a small town near to a north city called Trujillo, Peru, i lived there with my parents Gloria and Omar and my northern  family untill i  was 10 years old, in that moment they decided for economic problems leave our country behind to moved to a new place, to a new country. That´s how i arrived to this city Santiago of Chile, here i knew new people and friends and a new life started.

As you can imagine it was hard at the beginning to get used to and  we still missing the food and town people.

I completed my high school studies at Liceo Agustin Edwards and now i´m studing Food Engineering at the University of Chile since 2016.

When i was younger my mom decided that i had to keep my energy doing something, so that´s  when i learned to play volleyball, and let me tell you i think i am really good, also i  like to read a lot, dystopic books are my favorites.

And last but not least i want to send my strength to all the people out there who are fighting their own battles, my parents and I as a family and more as an immigrants have been through dark times, but at the end of the day we are so grateful about the people we have knew in our way, we´re so lucky to have them in our lives.
